for some reason, my body has decided to be super fragile recently. i stopped smoking altogether, and am cutting down on the alcohol. you’d think this would make me stronger and more healthy, but since, i’ve blown out my back by lifting amplifiers and now i hear a ringing tone like tinnitus because of a loud band practice.

i woke up, got some little yellow bird videos shot by amy, got breakfast with budd at the south wedge diner when mike tim kenny and alicia showed up - unplanned, came home and cleaned my guitar and restrung it and had to change the bridge pegs. i am going to a punk rock/hardcore lodge show tonight in fairport! and will end the night with minimal homework (i think).
it took me nine pages to catch up on tumblr from yesterday morning til now. the internet moves quickly sometimes. on that note, yesterday was one of the most awesome most positive days. work in the early morning was actually nice. i was done by the early afternoon and had all the rest of the the day to screw around. it didn’t matter what time it was until noon today. the food not...

! - one could say i am who i am because of joan of arc. justin, dan, chris and josh, maybe holly too, would laugh at this cause they (well justin and dan..) always gave me such a hard time about always talking about this band when music came up. but all that aside, this band is awesome and helped me develop myself in the formative years, as in how i look at language and art.
